My family got together in North Carolina this year (everyone except Joel’s family)…I’m just going to show pictures with captions…that basically tells it best.

Let’s start the show with Ben leading us in the Pledge of Allegiance to Roman Candles.
Then there is an outstanding performance of Prince’s Purple Rain by my dad to a Purple Rain firework. The most bang for your buck firework in my opinion and you must sing the song (very patriotic).

After the singing… The younger kids my have to be shielded and wisked at the sheer awesomeness of our fireworks display. Two examples here are Ethan hiding behind me and Issac covering his ears and being hauled away by Jon.

Watch out for Anna the clown!

And the fun and ear plugging will last far into the night
